老大！我是社科系旅游管理05年毕业的！现在负责整个集团的招聘，毕业没经验做领班基本是不可能的！除非你个人能力强，在几个月后可能升至领班，但也有可能进来就担任享受领班待遇的岗位！所以靠关系近来做领班是不可能的，但进来后竞争领班时是有关系的因素，但不能否认这种关系是建立在你的能力受你的领导赏识之上！能够在酒店建立你的关系也是能力的一种体现！
