找工作何去何从呀？

[/font][font=宋体]找工作刚刚开始的阶段[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]什么都不懂[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]也没有经验[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]所以主要是以海投为主[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]为了争取笔试面试机会嘛[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]可在漫长而艰辛的三个月中[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]真正笔试面试的机会很少[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]因为笔试第一关没通过[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]经常连面试机会都没有[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]有面试机会的一听说没做过啥项目[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]也没戏[/font][font=Times New Roman].[/font][font=宋体]后来我们开始怀疑了[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]技术路线是不是走不通了[/font][font=Times New Roman]???[/font][font=宋体]但怎么说我们也是正规院校计算机软件专业的本科生[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]在编程方面[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]学校除了签了的那两三个牛人[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]那还不就剩我了[/font][font=Times New Roman]?![/font][/size][size=3][font=宋体] 在笔试面试的一次又一次打击下[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]几个姐妹开始转投销售行政甚至文秘[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]试用期[/font][font=Times New Roman]600,[/font][font=宋体]转正[/font][font=Times New Roman]800,[/font][font=宋体]狂晕[/font][font=Times New Roman]![/font][font=宋体]不过慢慢都能理解了[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]找了这么长时间的工作[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]大家都憔悴了不少[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]身体累也许不算什么[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]关键是心累[/font][font=Times New Roman].[/font][font=宋体]目前流行先就业再择业嘛[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]可能她们想先凑合做着再看吧[/font][font=Times New Roman].[/font][font=宋体]不过她们签了之后真的轻松了很多[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]我也有些动摇了[/font][font=Times New Roman]……[/font][/size]

[size=3][font=宋体]元旦过后[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]我妈硬是让她同事的儿子带我去试着听了一上午优迈培训[/font][font=Times New Roman]JAVA[/font][font=宋体]的课程[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]是一家专门做企业定向委培的机构[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]感觉还好[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]那边的王老师详细的了解了一下我的基础[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]称我的逻辑思维能力还比较强[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]专业知识也比较扎实[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]建议我可以直接上深圳华为软件外包参加那边的项目实习[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]那边有项目经理直接带领我们做企业级项目[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]我对实习还比较感兴趣[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]因为我们刚毕业[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]很多企业里需要用到的实际的项目开发工具等都没接触过[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]我当然希望有机会去实际学习操作一下[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]要知道[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]在企业里学习一个月[/font][font=Times New Roman],[/font][font=宋体]比在学校学一年的东西还多还深刻[/font][font=Times New Roman]![/font][/size]
